FAQ

Questions before you commit

How deep the experience runs, and how we work inside a regulated domain.

How deep is your experience in a given sector?

Deep enough to be evaluated on delivery, not curiosity. Public sector and health and human services carry a multi-year record through our founders and practitioner-architects: elections, licensing, grants, immunization, and crisis response, cited with figures on this page. Financial services carries the same team's loan-origination and lending-automation experience. Insurance is the one sector where we say plainly that the record is a capability, not a client roster.

How do you build and maintain domain knowledge, not just cite it?

The senior people who built the prior record are the same people scoping and shipping today's engagements, so the domain knowledge stays active instead of archived. We are deliberate about adding sectors, too: a new regulated domain earns a place on this page only once a practitioner on the team has built real delivery depth in it, not before.

How do you engage inside a regulated domain?

We plan around the authorization process instead of discovering it late. Security controls, documentation artifacts, and boundary decisions are designed in the first sprint rather than retrofitted before assessment, and the architecture assumes a continuous-monitoring posture from the start. Our team has delivered Shield-encrypted platforms and holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified platform experience.

What happens if our sector isn't one of the four listed here?

We tell you honestly where the pattern transfers and where it doesn't. The document-processing and agentic-triage work behind our regulated-sector delivery generalizes well; the compliance specifics of a new sector do not, and we would not pretend otherwise. If your industry is new to us, we scope and price it as an early engagement and say so upfront.

Your domain, your constraints.

Tell us the domain and where the workflow is stuck. We'll bring the delivery pattern that fits it, scoped in one call.
